Inspired by the East Maui textures. Bold shapes and colours define the solid elements puzzled into a view. The transparency of clouds, rainbow, waves and light in the hills is a fascination for me to observe and capture.

Most people on Maui have been caught breathless by the reality of an unexpected rainbow. In the Tibetan tradition a rainbow is a symbol of all that is auspicious and is associated with the state of enlightenment.
